Hi, my name is Manning Mercer and if you found your way to this page then you are probably a small business or directed here by a small business owner. That has always been my passion, even before I knew what I wanted to do.

I had the privilege of growing up around small businesses in and around my family. As I advanced in my education at the University of Georgia, I was a little all over the place with what I wanted to do. I eventually found myself in communications and absolutely loved it. I worked with a PR company in high school and I have no doubt it is what planted this seed. Since then, I have built an extensive social media management portfolio across industries, created communication strategies and marketing plans for businesses, built websites, managed editorial projects, directed sales and new businesses for public relations and media and led multiple seminars about effectively targeting your ideal client. Needless to say, communicating with the customer has become my “bread and butter.” There is much that goes into it and in today’s world, it is so hard to keep up with the newest way to communicate.
